The former Toyota Engineering & Manufacturing North America Inc. has sold its Erlanger headquarters.
Toyota sold its 200,000-square-foot office building along Interstate 275 to Corporex Cos. LLC for $9.25 million, according to property records. Corporex is renaming the building Atlantic Corporate Center at CirclePort.

Thomas Deere, executive vice president and chief operating officer with Covington-based Corporex, said the real estate company acquired the property because it's confident about investing in the region.
