The historic "Jillian's" sign is up for auction, and the starting bid is set at $50.
The Kenton County Fiscal Court is selling the sign after purchasing the site to develop into the County Administration Building, notes Sinclair Media.
"This is an opportunity to acquire a piece of northern Kentucky history! Jillian’s was open for nearly eight years in Covington, Kentucky and featured a restaurant, dancing club & bars, games and a bowling alley.
The failed Jillian’s site sat empty for years until 2016 when Kenton County Fiscal Court purchased the site for its County Administration Building," said the listing for the sign on GovDeals.com..
